With this new security feature, you can request that all additions or changes to your list of billers be approved by two company representatives. This makes the process more efficient and minimizes the risk of error. Double authorization means double protection!

You can be notified whenever a situation arises that may require your attention. In the event a payment is deleted, a remittance refused, a limit exceeded or a signature missing on one of your transactions, our alert service will keep you posted.
To take advantage of this service, go to “Administrator options” and select the “Alerts” option. It’s practical…and it’s free!
